How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on, when in your heart you begin to understand... there is no going back? There are some things that time cannot mend, some hurts that go too deep... that have taken hold.

Desde aquel día las horas parecen no terminar jamás.
Se esta volviendo insoportable.
Todavía me sorprendo acurrucada en mi cama con la esperanza de despertar repentinamente en la penumbra de mi habitación y darme cuenta de que las ultimas semanas no fueron mas que una horrible pesadilla.
Pero no pasa nada, no hay cambio alguno..
Coincido con Edward, el tedio definitivamente no es algo a lo que pueda acostumbrarme. Y mis compañeros de clase no ayudan mucho. Cada mañana me limito a mirar por la ventana, intentando bloquear el constante zumbido de sus voces en mi cabeza sin éxito alguno. Ugh! Es increíble la cantidad de idioteces juntas que pueden decir sólo cinco personas!
En fin.. por el momento voy a procurar concentrarme en enfrentar cada día con mi mejor sonrisa.. o por lo menos intentarlo, aunque no prometo nada.

By using history to empower and inform the present, the challenge remains to “think globally, act locally” and to do so boldly, responsibly, cooperatively, and lovingly… perhaps with chocolate in close reach.

Has the raining stopped yet? I don't notice anymore. Look up your face, you join in the rain as you've never really done before. How can this be stopped when you just opened up the door? How can I go back to my home thinking life is such a bore?

Time passes. Even when it seems impossible. Even when each tick of the second hand aches like the pulse of blood behind a bruise. It passes unevenly, in strange lurches and dragging lulls, but pass it does. Even for me.
